Shift: Monday to Friday: 4:30pm to 1:15am

A Shipping associate is a highly active and motivated individual who is organized and pays attention to great detail. As a “shipper” you will be responsible for prepping, packing, labeling and shipping orders while keeping conveyor lines clear by sorting the shipped boxes via FedEx, UPS, US Mail or any other carriers. These orders can consist of books, business cards, posters, cups and various training materials, etc. Associates must be a quick learner who is well organized, reliable and who drives customer success by ensuring superior quality of all customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Read, comprehend and execute the QA Checklist, which includes: Job Instruction, Special Instructions and Change Orders
• Distribute, prepare, sort, label and package all orders
• Ensure all documents of orders are accounted for prior to shipping
• Perform quality check on all customer content prior to shipping
• Order paperwork by sequence after order has shipped
• Meet or exceed production goals set by the management team
• Ensure adherence to all documented processes and procedures
• Others duties as assigned

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Must be dependable, flexible and have the ability to work overtime with little or no notice (required)
• Minimum of 6 months experience in shipping/receiving environment (preferred)
• Entry-level computer experience (required)
• Patience and focus with high attention to detail (required)
• Able to manage time efficiently to meet hourly goals (required)
• Ability to perform tasks that require creative problem solving
• Focused on accomplishing a given task. Must be goal-oriented and organized
