Job Description

The RoleWe are looking for an extremely detail-oriented, process-driven individual to work with us full-time as a Shipping Associate. In this role, you will help Audicus transform lives by ensuring the timely delivery of hearing aids to Americans across the country.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and neatly pack orders according to company standards
  • Program hearing aid devices utilizing custom programming software
  • Provide first-rate support to in-office customers as needed
  • Customize shipments based on specific order details
  • Utilize shipping software to print shipping labels and manage delivery times
  • Log and process incoming packages
  • Coordinate logistics across our sales, customer experience, and audiology teams
  • Keep track of inventory and supplies
  • Knowledgeable of hearing aid devices and aptitude to inspect/repair

Compensation Range:Hourly Range: $24.00 - $26.00 / hour
Location: NYC, Manhattan - Onsite 5 Days/Week

FLSA Status:Non-Exempt – This position is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal and applicable state wage and hour laws.
