Job Description

• Up to $3,500 Basic + AWS + average 2 to 3 months Variable Bonus & above

• Experience with Containment Shipment

Responsibilities:

• Performing logistics support, working closely with sales personnel & counter-part logistics team to achieve department goal & target
• Liaising with logistics counter party on order & shipping document processing.
• Assist in scheduling & shipment coordination with customers, suppliers and forwarders for inbound & outbound shipments.
• Liaise with customer & forwarder to ensure timely delivery/collection of goods from warehouse.
• Check draft shipping document from supplier, forwarder (B/L, Form D, E, etc..) & prepare shipping documentation (such as invoice, packing list, DO, etc) to customers. Ensure all orders are processed & dispatch correctly and timely
• Managing inventory level & ensure products availability for delivery/shipment
• Assist with inventory counts & stock audits (quarterly or yearly)
• Maintain accurate records of shipping & receiving activities, inventory movements and order status update
• Prepare regular reports on delivery schedules, inventory report & shipment progress for internal teams & management
• Ensure that all shipping documentation is properly filled, accessible and compliant with company policies.

Requirement:

• At least a Diploma
• At least 1 year of experience in Containment Shipment both in import and export
• Proficient in Mandarin language to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts.
