OAI + Rainier by The Look Company, is a manufacturing organization with a long, established history.
We’re looking for a skilled Shipping & Receiving Manager to lead our Shipping, Receiving, and Packaging teams. In this role, you’ll oversee daily operations, improve processes, and ensure products are packaged and delivered accurately and on time. You’ll collaborate with teams across the company and help develop a strong, high performing department.

The ideal candidate will have/be:
• Prior experience in shipping and receiving, preferably in a manufacturing/production environment
• Experience in leading, training, and mentoring team members
• Knowledge of inventory control, logistics, and shop floor processes
• Strong communication, problem solving, and process improvement skills
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively
• Customer focused mindset and willingness to collaborate

Compensation:
This is an hourly position, eligible for overtime. We offer a competitive compensation package based on experience and qualifications.
