  • Check all goods presented for delivery at the warehouse against purchase order or delivery worksheet for accuracy of quality, quantity, pack and price (if applicable) as well as quality and freshness of perishable products. Any adjustments or corrections will be made before the delivery receipt is signed. Purchase orders and/or delivery worksheets are to be logged and paperwork completed and put in Accounts Payable appropriate file bin for processing.
  • Store goods, which have been received in the appropriate area. Delivery and date labels are to be used when applicable. Maintain rotation of food and beverage items so that “first in is first out” (FIFO).
  • Loading items that have been requisitioned onto c arts or pallets, wrapping the items, and delivering items to outlets. All order delivered must be accompanied by the appropriate paperwork.
  • Deliveries that are received are to be noted in log, sorted (giving special consideration to next day, second day and air packages) and delivered as quickly as possible. Deliveries are to be signed for by the department receiving order from warehouse personnel. The signed copy is then filed in that department’s appropriate file in case of any discrepancy.
  • Cleaning and maintenance of warehouse and work areas such as, but not limited to, collection of empty pallets, emptying trash, floor sweeping or buffing, cleaning of coolers and freezers.
  • Complete directives as assigned by the supervisor and Supply Chain Manager.
  • Knowledgeable and qualified in all facets of receiving and proper storing procedures. Monitor proper temperatures of coolers and freezers.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively and communicate effectively with vendors and team members at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to obtain support for ideas and actions from peers or superiors in order to accomplish a task or goal.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Ability to identify circumstances or incidents that require the notification and/or approval of others.

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

(Related education and experience may be interchangeable on a year for year basis)

  • Knowledgeable and qualified in all facets of receiving and proper storing procedures. Monitor proper temperatures of coolers and freezers.
  • Lifting required up to 100 pounds.
  • Demonstrate ability to operate pallet jack and fork lift.
  • Must be able to move and restrain loads up to 1000 pounds.
  • Must be able to read and write English fluently.
  • Must possess good math skills.
  • Computer knowledge or experience preferred. Familiarities with MMS, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Must be able to stand on your feet for a long period of time.
  • Must be able to handle extreme temperature changes.
  • High School Diploma or GED

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: (Licenses, Certifications, Testing, etc.):

Possession of, and ability to obtain and maintain a valid drivers and gaming license within assigned state of employment and other jurisdictions

Must successfully pass background check

Must successfully pass an alcohol and drug screening

Must be 21 years of age
