Why This Role Is Different
In this role, you'll be more than a warehouse team member—you'll be a key contributor to supply chain efficiency. You'll manage inbound and outbound shipments, operate material handling equipment, reconcile shipping documentation, and help ensure products are received, stored, and delivered accurately and on time.
What You'll Do
Shipping & Receiving Operations
Receive, sort, count, package, label, unpack, and log incoming and outgoing inventory.
Verify quantities and inspect shipments for accuracy, quality, and completeness.
Record discrepancies, damages, or shortages and communicate findings to supervisors or purchasing personnel.
Assist with tracking lost shipments, customer claims, and proof-of-delivery documentation.
Inventory & Documentation Management
Create and reconcile Bills of Lading (BOLs) using company systems and software.
Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
Prepare routine reports and administrative documentation.
Support inventory control efforts by accurately tracking materials, supplies, and equipment.
Equipment Operation & Safety
Safely operate a stand-up/dock stocker lift and other light material-handling equipment.
Perform daily equipment checks and report maintenance concerns.
Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Promote a culture of workplace safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Team Support
Collaborate effectively with warehouse, purchasing, and operations teams.
Support additional warehouse and logistics functions as assigned.
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2+ years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
Experience operating stand-up lifts, dock stockers, or similar warehouse equipment.
Familiarity with shipping documentation, Bills of Lading, and commercial shipping processes.
Basic computer proficiency and experience using warehouse management or inventory systems.
Key Skills & Abilities
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and documentation.
Ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical calculations.
Ability to track, receive, stock, and distribute materials and equipment.
Ability to identify issues, investigate discrepancies, and communicate findings effectively.
Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills.
Ability to understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures and workplace standards.
Physical Requirements

Regular lifting and carrying of materials up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work in a physically active warehouse environment throughout the shift.
Work Environment
Primarily warehouse and shipping/receiving environment with exposure to material handling equipment and moving inventory.
Use of standard warehouse technology, equipment, and computer systems.
Standard schedule of 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime as business needs require.

The estimated pay range for this position is $18/hr. to $20/hr.. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience, and work location.
