What You’ll Do:

• Perform visual inspection upon receipt.
• Document condition of incoming parts
• Cleaning and dissembling incoming parts
• Create system documents following company procedures.
• Repackage equipment in a way to prevent damage in shipping.
• Create labels via FedEx/UPS systems for domestic and international shipments.
• Perform all shipping and receiving functions as required, including loading and unloading LTL shipments (fork truck certification is required / company will provide training as necessary).
• Perform and Coordinate local Pick-ups and deliveries as needed
• Maintain customer shipping data.
• Maintain tracking information and pictures per job.
• Interface with customers and internal personnel.
• Manage processes to meet company metrics.
• All personnel may be required to perform duties outside of their normal responsibilities from time to time, as required.

What We Need from You:

• Basic computer skills
• Detail oriented
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Effective communication skills (oral / written)
• Ability to multitask
• No lifting restrictions
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time
• Previous experience related to shipping and receiving procedures preferred.
• Must have a good Driving Record
