This is a full-time, in-person role, Monday through Friday, based at our North American Headquarters in our brand-new Moon Township facility.

As a Shipping & Logistics Associate, you will be responsible for:
Prepare outgoing shipments with accuracy and attention to detail in the contents, packaging, and documentation within a timely manner.
Re-ship undeliverable packages to ensure customers receive their equipment promptly.
Use Microsoft Office suite (Teams, Outlook, shared documents and drives) to collaborate with coworkers all throughout the country.
Utilize warehouse systems including barcode scanners, Enterprise Resource Planning software (Microsoft Dynamics 365), and shipping software to track, log, and update shipping information.
Ensure packaging, labeling, and related shipping records are in compliance with company and international standards.
Coordinate with our Inventory Management and Production teams to help maintain the flow of materials and keep inventory records accurate.
Coordinate with UPS Support and re-routing packages to facilitate timely delivery.
Actively contribute to continuous process improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize warehouse organization and streamline shipping processes.
Restock supplies including boxes, bubble wrap, labels, and paperwork to maintain the outbound flow efficiently.
Collaborate with our team in other departments to resolve any shipping issues and ensure the flow of shipments is uninterrupted.
Follow all safety protocols and always maintain organization and cleanliness in compliance with 5S standards.
Perform various other tasks assigned by manager.
What you'll bring:
Detail-oriented with an appreciation for accuracy, particularly when dealing with shipping labels, addresses, and order contents.
Solutions-focused with strong communication skills when problem solving in a team environment.
Comfortable using and adapting to new technology for warehouse processes.
Strong organizational skills and maintain a clean workspace.
Enjoy being active and on your feet throughout the day (Light to moderate physical labor is involved.)
Are reliable, punctual, and self-motivated, with an ability to stay focused and complete tasks in a timely manner.
Are interested in lean process improvement and contributing to efficiency gains in the warehouse environment.
Take pride in your work and your team’s accomplishments, continuously seeking to improve yourself and help your team reach higher goals than thought possible.
Previous shipping or logistics experience preferred, but not required.
Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Experience working with Haz mat or international shipments.
Physical Requirements:
Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs. (Occasionally heavier with assistance).
Standing and Walking: Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the warehouse.
Bending and Stooping: Frequent bending and stooping to access inventory and storage areas.
Reaching and Handling: Regular reaching overhead and handling of materials and equipment.
Climbing: Occasional use of ladders or step stools to access high shelves.
The noise level in the work environment is moderate, and cleaning products, tools, and equipment are part of daily operations.
