Education & Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Minimum two (2) years related experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ross ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems experience preferred
• Paint Experience is a plus.

• Customer service competency to respond promptly to internal/external requests for service and assistance;
• Ability to process, maintain, and disburse confidential and sensitive information;
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications with ability to learn and use specific ERP software and other manufacturing software systems relevant to financial and shipping processes;
• A “Team” mentality with ability to equitably coordinate, delegate, and monitor the work of others;
• Dependability to consistently be a work and on time with ability to work a flexible schedule as required;
• Close visual acuity, near/far vision, multiple limb coordination, and ability to sit for extended periods as needed;
• Light/medium (up to 20lbs) lifting capability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping activities to ensure on-time and accurate customer deliveries.
• Prepare shipping documents, including bill of lading, packing slips, shipping labels, and related documentation.
• Schedule outbound shipments with carriers and freight providers.
• Verify shipment accuracy and ensure products are packaged and labeled according to customer and company requirements.
• Maintain shipping records and update shipment information within ERP and other tracking systems.
• Communicate shipment status and delivery information to customers and internal departments.
• Monitor shipping schedules and proactively address delays or transportation issues.
• Process customer returns and coordinate replacement shipments when necessary.
• Assist with inventory transactions related to shipping and receiving activities.
