Requirements
We are searching for a candidate with:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and moving materials
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic computer skills for tracking shipments and labeling packages
- Team-oriented mindset with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Forklift certification or experience (preferred but not required)
Duties and Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
- Preparing, packaging, and shipping customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Loading and unloading trucks and verifying incoming/outgoing shipments
- Reading and interpreting work orders, shipping orders, and pick lists
- Moving materials throughout the facility using forklifts or other equipment
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Labeling and documenting materials appropriately
- Recording shipment data in company systems
- Assisting with cycle counts and physical inventory
- Supporting overall shipping and warehouse operations as needed
- Performing other duties as assigned

Position Details
- Full Time
- New starting rate of $18.50 plus additional increases!
- 1st shift hours vary between 7:00 am – 5:30 pm CST (8, 9 or 10-hour shifts)
