Job Description

Spirit Lexus has a brand-new state-of-the-art facility and we are rapidly expanding! We are looking for a Shipper/Receiver to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity to upgrade to a luxury brand that has one of the best reputations in the world for reliability and owner loyalty.

At Spirit Lexus you will be working in a fast-paced environment. We are committed to excellence in service, parts, and vehicle sales. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to support our parts department and ensure efficient inventory flow.

The Shipper/Receiver is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting the parts department with organization and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts and shipments against purchase orders
  • Accurately label, stock, and organize parts in the warehouse and showroom
  • Prepare and package outgoing shipments, including returns and inter-department transfers
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular counts and system updates
  • Keep the shipping/receiving area clean, safe, and organized
  • Communicate with vendors, delivery drivers, and internal staff regarding shipments
  • Assist parts counter staff as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred (automotive experience a plus)
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems
  • Ability to lift to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
