About the Position

ATS Traffic Kamloops is looking for a versatile individual to join our team.

As a Shipper/Receiver at ATS, every day is different. This role focuses on shipping and receiving, order preparation, inventory control, and maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse and yard environment. You will play an important role in ensuring equipment and materials are ready and available to support branch operations and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments
• Prepare and package outgoing orders for delivery or customer pickup
• Organize and stage rental orders for customers
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock counts
• Safely handle and transport materials and equipment within the yard and warehouse
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse, shop, and yard
• Support daily warehouse operations and general upkeep
• Document any shipping or receiving issues or discrepancies
• Coordinate deliveries and pickups as required

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class 5 (non-GDL) Driver’s License and clean driver’s abstract

• Warehouse and forklift operation experience is an asset

• Experience towing a trailer is an asset

• Experience in the traffic industry or construction is an asset

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Physically able to lift, move, and organize equipment and materials

This position may require you to work overtime including evenings and weekends.
