Job Description

What You’ll Do

You’ll be a trusted contributor supporting both inbound and outbound operations, ensuring everything moves efficiently, accurately, and safely.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily shipping and receiving activities with a high level of accuracy and independence
  • Process transactions in our ERP/MRP system (SAP, Factorylogix, or similar)
  • Prepare shipments—domestic and routine international—ensuring compliance with shipping guidelines
  • Inspect incoming materials and address any issues such as damage or discrepancies
  • Coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers to keep schedules on track
  • Maintain accurate records and an organized, safe work environment
  • Follow all safety, quality, and compliance standards

Additional Opportunities to Contribute:

  • Serve as a go-to resource for routine shipping/receiving questions
  • Help train and support newer team members
  • Participate in inventory counts and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Take on additional responsibilities as the team and business evolve

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics roles
  • Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Factorylogix, or similar preferred)
  • Confidence processing shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions
  • Ability to prepare both domestic and routine international shipments
  • Forklift experience (certification a plus, but we can help you get there!)

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to solve routine challenges independently
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Clear communication with team members and external partners (e.g., carriers)

Work Environment

  • Active, hands-on role in a manufacturing/warehouse setting
  • Ability to lift and move materials up to 25 lbs.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and repetitive motion throughout the shift
