We are looking for a Shipper/Receiver to join our Conuvo Construction Materials team in Edmonton, AB. The Shipper/Receiver position is primarily responsible for the safe loading and unloading of concrete related products within the warehouse and yard using a forklift. This position will also track the incoming/outgoing shipments and maintain accurate inventory levels in the warehouse.

Responsibilities
• Load, unload, and move products and materials by hand or using a Forklift.
• Receive new materials and verify shipment condition and accuracy.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of shipments into the inventory processing software.
• Count inventory levels and advise management of discrepancies.
• Uphold a strong understanding of a broad range of concrete related materials and products.
• General yard and warehouse maintenance.
• Active participation in safety including wearing PPE, attending safety meetings, identifying/reporting hazards, completing incident reporting, etc.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• General labour duties, as required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Valid driver’s license & clean drivers abstract.
• 2+ years of general warehouse experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs frequently.
• Forklift operating experience and previous forklift training certification is an asset.

Hours of Work
Regular work week will be Monday through Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm.

Work Environment
• Warehouse environment where PPE is required, including CSA steel toed boots.
• Frequent bending and lifting required.
