Location: 801 Stony Battery Road, Landisville, PA 17538
Work Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Bearon, a proud affiliate of The Dixon Group, is looking for a Shipper to join our team! In this role, you will play a vital part in our daily logistics operations by accurately picking, packing, labeling, and staging products for outgoing shipments. What You'll Do:

  • Prepare, pack, and label outgoing items accurately, closely following company shipping protocols and carrier guidelines.
  • Inspect outgoing products for damage, correct quantities, and proper documentation before staging for shipment.
  • Safely use basic warehouse equipment, including hand trucks, pallet jacks, tape dispensers, and barcode scanners.
  • Assist with loading outgoing freight onto delivery trucks and courier vehicles.
  • Perform routine inventory checks and assist with stocking and staging materials as needed.
  • Keep an organized, clean, and safe work environment in full compliance with workplace safety standards.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, retail stockroom, logistics, or general labor environment.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • A highly detail-oriented mindset with the ability to double-check part numbers, quantities, and shipping labels to ensure 100% order accuracy.
  • The ability to safely stand, bend, stretch, and lift packages (typically up to 50 lbs) throughout the duration of your shift. (Note: Steel-toe shoes are required for this position).
  • Basic computer literacy with the ability to learn internal software, navigate simple shipping programs, and operate barcode scanners.
  • Strong prioritization skills to meet daily shipping deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively alongside team members, supervisors, and freight drivers.
  • A dedicated team player and self-starter who is motivated by goal completion and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
