ROSEN is looking for a Shipment Coordinator that will be based in Columbus, OH. This position reports directly to the Head of Supply Chain and will be a part of the Supply Chain Management team.

What role you will play in our team?
In this role, you will coordinate and manage domestic and international shipments, ensuring accurate documentation, timely mobilizations and demobilizations, and clear communication with stakeholders throughout the shipping process. You will also support logistics solutions, maintain shipping systems, drive operational efficiency and safety initiatives, and assist with special projects as directed by management.

Responsibilities:

What will I be doing?
• Coordinate and book shipments for a wide array of requests for both project and non-projected related shipments, including domestic and international.
• Track incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure successful arrival while communicating status with stakeholders.
• Ensure complete, accurate and on-time mobilizations/demobilizations to/from our clients’ sites. This to include all ILI tools, trays, CLPS and all other miscellaneous equipment, as listed in the Project Preparation Reports.
• Prepare, properly file and distribute Proforma, Commercial Invoice, Air Way Bill, Bill of Lading, Packing List and other documentation for shipments.
• Accurately maintain shipping documentation.
• Use of shipping software to create shipping labels and shipping documents.
• Drive and actively participate in meetings between internal/external stakeholders.
• Drive and actively participate in safety and 5S culture throughout our operations, which includes but is not limited to the warehouse cleanliness, shelf organization, proper use of space utilization, waste reduction, etc.
• Assist field service personnel and stakeholders with logistics solutions
• Efficiently use multiple Rosen Software programs.
• Perform other special projects and/or tasks as directed by management

REQUIREMENTS

Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to lift up to 65 lbs. from a start height of 39 inches to an end height of chest level from the floor up to 7 times per hour.
• Must be able to vertically transfer inventory weighing up to 26 lbs. from a start height from the floor to an end height of 85 inches from the floor up to 4 times per hour.
• Must be able to transfer spare parts onto pallet jacks utilizing a mechanical device with a force up to 10 - 27 lbs. a distance of 25 - 150 feet up to 1 time per hour.
• Must be able to ascend/descend a flight of 17 stairs to load and unload inventory with a height of 6 inches from the floor up to 1 time per hour.

Qualification or Skills:

What are we looking for?
• Strong PC skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and E-Mail (Preferred knowledge of SAP)
• Excellent solution and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be very detail-oriented and actively follow company policies and procedures to ensure thorough understanding of daily operations.
• Strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities and changes with professionalism
• Must be able to proactively problem-solve.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clean driving record/background and must pass drug test.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Must be experienced in a fast-paced, professional, customer service driven team environment. In an oil and gas, or related field a plus.
• Minimum 1 year working knowledge of transportation documentation in order to generate documents such as AWB, BOL and Commercial/Proforma Invoices and packing lists, etc
• Familiar with Air Freight both Export/Imports
• Freight Forwarding International experience is a plus
• Experience with IATA, CFR49, INCO Terms, Dangerous Goods Certification a plus
