Essential Functions:

- Oversee and coordinate all areas of production to ensure an efficient, cost-effective workflow from raw materials to finished products.
- Supervise production employees, including assigning work, monitoring quality, managing overtime, and enforcing safety standards.
- Ensures that all job orders are completed in accordance with customer specifications and quality expectations.
- Review daily production activities with the Plant Manager and communicate updates, challenges, and performance results.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance to effectively fulfill the responsibilities of the Plant Supervisor role.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are clearly communicated, understood, and consistently followed.
- Evaluate employee performance and competencies; provide coaching, feedback, and development as needed.
- Ensure machines are clean and properly maintained for optimal performance.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Set up press brake jobs, check first parts, and do final inspection on finished parts to ensure parts meet the engineering drawing.
- Collaborate with management and maintenance teams to ensure projects, repairs, and production goals are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Support a safe work environment by promoting and enforcing safety policies and best practices.

Requirements:
- Must have High School or GED Equivalent, associate's degree preferred
- Basic Mathematics skills
- Ability to read and write English Language
- Ability to understand and use Safety Rules and Procedures as well as OSHA standards and regulations
- Must exercise a reasonable degree of judgment and possess the ability to recognize appropriate company policies that apply in each situation and follow them.
- Must have 2+ years of manufacturing environment experience
- Must be able to read measuring tape and caliper
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to use Microsoft office applications (word, excel, teams) proficiently
- Must be self-motivated
- Must work well as part of a team
- Comfortable speaking to groups of people
