We're Access Mining, and we're growing our Shift Supervisor team across our Andy Well and Turnberry underground gold projects in Western Australia. Small crews mean your leadership, your judgement, and your standard directly shapes how the operation runs.

The Role

As Underground Shift Supervisor, you'll lead a small crew on shift, drive our safety standards, and keep production moving across development and production activities.

• Supervising and coordinating a shift crew across development and production activities
• Driving compliance with safety systems, standards and procedures on shift
• Conducting toolbox talks, pre-starts and shift handovers
• Coordinating with the Project Manager and Superintendents on development/production and maintenance priorities
• Mentoring and developing crew members to build capability on site

What You Bring

• Proven underground supervisory experience
• Genuine zero-harm commitment
• Proven ability to lead, develop and get the best out of a small, high-output crew

Certificates & Tickets

• Must hold a current WA Underground Supervisor’s Certificate OR an NSW Practicing Certificate – Underground Mine Supervisor (non-coal)

What You Get

• Salary range - $220k-$235k pa
• Permanent Full Time Position
• 14/14 Roster – two weeks on, two weeks of quality R&R
• Paid Commercial flight to Perth and return to your point of hire
• Short charter flight from Perth to site and return
• Onsite accommodation at the recently established mine village, inclusive of a fully equipped gym
• High quality catering provided by the Client’s catering team
• Free WIFI with streaming capacity and full Telstra Coverage
• Orientation Program – Access Mining employees will help you settle into the project and the village during the first three months
