Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team to deliver great customer service and ensure smooth store operations.
  • Prepare and serve products while ensuring quality and standards.
  • Manage inventory, cash handling, and operational tools during shifts.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise team members to achieve performance goals.
  • Act as a store manager representative when required.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, F&B, Tourism, or related fields preferred; SMK graduates with relevant experience are welcome.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Hospitality, Restaurant, Retail, or Coffee Shop operations, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Good English communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in store operations, coffee machine handling, inventory management, and supporting sales performance.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
