Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Restaurant Supervisor to support operations at Concordia Market and Vino Volo, two unique dining concepts serving travelers. This role is responsible for leading the shift, supporting team members, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming guest experience throughout the day.
The Restaurant Supervisor works closely with management and team members to maintain service standards, oversee daily operations, and help create an efficient and positive work environment.
Concordia Market offers travelers the opportunity to enjoy an array of local traditions. Fresh daily food options include Milwaukee-based Press Waffles, pastries and sandwiches featuring Wisconsin-based cheeses and meats, and coffee from the popular Anodyne Coffee Roasting Co. Guests can also choose from a wide selection of grab-and-go items including sandwiches, parfaits, salads, and wraps.
Vino Volo provides a welcoming wine bar experience featuring a curated selection of wines paired with delicious food offerings such as appetizers, salads, sandwiches, and light bites—perfect for travelers looking to relax before their flight.
Lead and supervise daily shift operations across both locations
Provide direction and support to team members to ensure efficient service
Ensure guests receive friendly, prompt, and high-quality service
Monitor food and beverage presentation and maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
Assist with opening and closing procedures
Support cash handling and ensure proper register procedures are followed
Address guest concerns or questions in a professional and timely manner
Communicate operational needs or issues to management
Assist with stocking, product organization, and maintaining proper inventory levels
Prior restaurant, café, or hospitality experience preferred
Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and able to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Comfortable working in an airport environment serving travelers
Competitive hourly wage: $20.00 per hour
