As the Shift Supervisor, you will play a critical role in driving business operations, supporting the General Manager and Assistant Manager, and ensuring the success of our restaurant during assigned shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and lead teams in various departments, including cashier, cook, kitchen prep, backline, drive-thru, and front house.
- Cash Control and Security: Ensure adherence to cash control and security procedures, including safe counting and cash drawer management.
- Motivation: Inspire and motivate team members to excel in their roles during the shift, providing guidance and support.
- Operational Excellence: Implement shift plans and work hard to drive operational results, setting a positive example for team members.
- Customer Service: Deliver a high level of customer service and hospitality, ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience.
- Physical Stamina: Be physically fit to bend, twist, and stand for extended periods, with the ability to access all areas of the restaurant and lift/push objects weighing over 50 pounds.
- Effective Communication: Be an excellent communicator with co-workers and guests, treating everyone with respect and courtesy.
Position Requirements:
- Preferred

Experience: We prefer candidates with restaurant experience. Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) experience is a plus, but we are willing to train candidates who possess the enthusiasm and commitment we're looking for.
- Education: A High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Driver's License: You must possess a valid driver's license and have proper insurance coverage for business-related travel.
