Position Overview:

The Facility Supervisor (NIGHTS) will support the night shit maintenance and operation of the facility to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive work environment. This entry–to–mid level role assists with scheduling work orders, coordinating basic maintenance activities, and supporting safety and compliance programs. The Facility Supervisor I works closely with technicians and contractors while receiving guidance from senior leadership and must have factory facility expertise with HVAC and air compressors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Must have factory facility expertise with HVAC and air compressors.
  • Support maintenance and troubleshooting of large industrial air compressors, water chillers, and cooling towers.
  • Must be able to work nights.
  • Monitor facility operations, including HVAC, lighting, and building systems.
  • Assist with industrial electrical systems and facility equipment.
  • Support facility inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective actions.
  • Maintain work orders and maintenance records and assist with vendor coordination and facilities-related projects.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in facilities, maintenance, or related field.
  • Education: Associate degree or technical diploma preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Must have factory facility expertise with HVAC and air compressors.

Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff and vendors.
  • Willingness to learn and grow into increasing responsibilities.
