Job Location: 4822 Starbucks Wind Creek - Bethlehem, PA 18015, Villa Restaurant Group - Quick service restaurants (Villa Italian Kitchen, South Philly Cheesesteaks and Fries, Green Leaf's and Bananas, Mo' Burger, Jersey Mikes, Salsaritas, Melt Shop, Dos Toros, Hill Country, Juniors, Far East, Asian Chao, Tony + Benny's, Zaros Bakery, etc.) and 40North full service restaurants (Piattino, Office Tavern Grill, Café Villa, Steelworks Wind Creek Casino, Blackhorse Tavern & Pub, Town Bar & Kitchen and NOM Mexican Table & Tequila Bar) is a multi-brand, multi-concept global restaurant group specializing in full service restaurants, quick serve restaurants with corporate and franchise operations.

Villa Restaurant Group is hiring Shift Supervisors for second and third shifts at the Wind Creek Outlets Food Court. We’re looking for dependable, hands-on leaders who enjoy supporting a team, providing great service, and keeping daily operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Supervise food court operations during your assigned shift.
• Assign tasks, coordinate breaks, and support team members throughout service.
• Assist with food preparation, customer service, and register operations as needed.
• Coach employees and communicate performance or attendance concerns to management.
• Address guest questions and resolve service concerns professionally.
• Follow cash handling procedures and complete shift reports.
• Monitor inventory and keep work areas stocked.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Complete applicable opening, closing, and overnight duties.
• Communicate staffing needs and operational updates to the next shift and management.

What You'll Need

• Previous shift leadership or supervisory experience in food service, retail, or hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stay organized and make sound decisions during busy shifts.
• A dependable work history and a hands-on approach to leadership.
• Availability to work second or third shift, including evenings, overnight hours, weekends, and holidays.
