New Starbucks Opening at JFK Airport – Terminal 6

Ready to take the next step in your career? Villa Restaurant Group is hiring Shift Supervisors for our new Starbucks at JFK Airport Terminal 6! We’re looking for dependable leaders who enjoy working with people, delivering great service, and keeping a busy shift running smoothly.

What you’ll do

• Lead daily shifts and support the barista team.
• Assign tasks and help maintain a positive, productive work environment.
• Prepare beverages and food to Starbucks standards.
• Provide friendly service and resolve customer concerns.
• Support opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and company standards.
• Coach team members and assist with training.

What we’re looking for

• Previous leadership experience in food service, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced airport environment.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to complete airport badging requirements.
• Starbucks or coffee shop experience preferred.
