Through our multi-site network of care, we constantly strive to meet its mission in helping people find their way while educating and empowering individuals to participate in their own care and recovery.Job SummaryResponsible for oversight of Journey House programmatic activities on assigned shift, including documentation requirements (clinical, colleague performance, patient safety), assignment of breaks, emergency protocols, and the safety of residents and staff working in the unit. Member of interdisciplinary team.Oversees the activities, daily living, and shift programming for all residents and staff. Makes critical safety decisions in response to patient crisis (restraint, seclusion, calling for staff support)Administers medication to residents with oversight from a Registered NurseIdentifies opportunity for and recommends process improvement ideasIn collaboration with Manager, participates in hiring, training, evaluation and disciplinary action process of assigned staff
