Job Summary

The Shift Supervisor at Popeyes plays a critical role in overseeing daily operations during their assigned shift, ensuring efficient service, maintaining quality standards, and providing leadership to a team.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent customer service is provided by all team members, addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints effectively.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and rotating products.
• Operate cash registers, handle transactions accurately, and perform end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Enforce company policies and procedures, including safety, cleanliness, and operational guidelines.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to associates to optimize workflow and productivity.
• Respond to emergencies and escalate critical issues to management as necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment.

Job Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
