Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

现场生产管理 ：

1.在主管指导下监督生产执行，跟踪进度并控制工作流以确保达成计划目标。

2.实施现场质量控制、成本控制（人力/物料/费用）及6S管理，达成各项目标。

3.确保产线效率（良率与产能），监督操作员活动，及时处理并上报异常。

绩效管理 与团队管理 ：

1.评估团队成员绩效，提供建设性反馈、教练指导及纪律管理以促进提升。

2.管理团队后勤：排班、人员配置、考勤，并在权限内审核奖惩/调动。

3.促进积极团队沟通，开展情绪管理，营造和谐工作氛围。

4.为员工提供操作、安全标准、公司政策及职业行为的必要培训指导。

安全管理 ：

1.确保人员、财产及设备安全；严格执行安全程序，杜绝不安全行为。

2.识别隐患，监督设备维护，预防事故并有效响应突发事件。

专项任务与报告 ：

1.汇报运营状况，提出改进建议，分析工作并推动持续优化。

2.准确完成生产数据报表与统计。

3.参与综合管理体系活动（如审核）。

4.高效执行上级指派的其他任务。

Qualification & Requirements

1. 学历与经验：

本科或同等及以上学历,理工科专业优先。

至少2年相关制造/运营现场管理经验。

要求能适应倒班工作。

熟悉生产核心领域：现场管理、质量管理、工艺改进。

2. 必备知识与技能：

英语具备邮件读写能力。

电脑通用熟练，精通office软件。

具备核心问题解决/质量工具实战知识：PDCA、5 Why、QC七大工具。

理解FMEA基础、SPC基础及工业工程（IE）技术。

了解生产计划与排程原理。

3. 关键能力：

极强的学习敏锐度与适应力。

积极主动、勤勉尽责的工作态度。

出色的口头与书面沟通能力。

强大的组织、规划与协调能力。

经证实的团队精神及高度职业素养/诚信。
