- Supervise and coordinate daily parking operations for residential, theater, visitor, and monthly parking.
- Direct and assist a team of cashiers, traffic directors, and parking attendants in their daily tasks.
- Assist with assigning parking spaces to residents and ensuring compliance with parking regulations.
- Monitor parking areas to ensure proper use and adherence to policies.
- Train, schedule, and manage parking staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Address any parking-related issues or concerns from residents, guests, or visitors in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular inspections of parking facilities to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for improving parking services.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to parking assignments, occupancy rates, and incident reports.
- Ensure all staff are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in parking management or a supervisory role is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Knowledge of parking management systems and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word is preferred.
