The Role and Impact In this role, you will support product development testing by operating advanced equipment and tools while ensuring adherence to test standards and procedures. You will coordinate test plans, sequences, and directed tests, while monitoring equipment performance to identify operational issues. Your contributions will directly impact the quality and reliability of Intel products. Business group You will be part of a dynamic team focused on product development testing, validation, and characterization. The group plays a key role in enabling Intel's innovative technologies and delivering high-performance solutions by maintaining lab environments and optimizing testing processes. Key Responsibilities - Operate advanced testing equipment, including Stand Alone Tester, OLB, and LSM, for product validation and characterization. - Coordinate execution of product development test plans, test sequences, and directed tests to ensure compliance with established standards. - Maintain and manage lab environments, tools, and equipment to ensure smooth operation. - Observe equipment during operation to identify malfunctions or operational issues and address them promptly. - Record and maintain accurate data logs during testing and prepare detailed reports of test results. - Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to test programs, materials, or product performance.
Minimum Qualifications - Diploma in Mechatronics, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related engineering field. - Proficiency in basic computer systems such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Email. - Experience in testing backend equipment, IC assembly processing, metallurgy tools, or operating testers is an added advantage. Preferred Qualifications - Self-driven with the ability to multi-task in complex environments. - Strong decision-making and judgment skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide updates on work progress and compile engineering data. - Proven ability to work well with co-workers and effectively manage stakeholders within a team environment.
