As a Shift Production Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the production process to meet product and quality targets, whilst adhering to all safety and environmental standards.
What you’ll be doing…
Operating Fork-Lift trucks to transport product manufactured for up to 10hrs+ per shift.
Operating packaging machines.
Operating a palletiser
Carrying out Quality Control duties
Working 12 hours shifts on a flexible pattern
Ensuring that all systems of work, procedures and work instructions are adhered to.

If you have any of the following – this would be an added advantage:
A current Counter-Balance FLT Licence
Basic Maintenance skills & knowledge of product quality testing
A flexible approach to your work
Experience within a production setting
Positive approach to problem solving and being able to work in a collaborative way is essential.
