Your Job 职位概述

As a Shift Process Engineer (Shift PE) based in Suzhou, you will provide hands-on engineering support to parts manufacturing across new product development and existing production. You will run routine engineering tasks, troubleshoot process and equipment issues, document test results, and help train machinists to keep production running safely and efficiently. 作为派驻苏州的轮班工艺工程师（Shift PE ），您将为新产品开发及现有生产的零件制造提供一线工程支持。您将执行常规工程任务、排查工艺与设备问题、记录测试结果，并协助培训机加工人员，确保生产安全、高效运行。

You will join a manufacturing engineering team embedded with machining, assembly, and quality to support production shift by shift and continuously improve our processes. 您将加入制造工程团队，与机加工、装配及质量部门紧密配合，逐班支持生产，并持续改善我们的工艺。

What You Will Do 工作职责

• Participate in parts making, both for new product development and existing parts 参与零件制造，涵盖新产品开发及现有零件
• Read, write, and understand work instructions in English; support MS in training new machinists 能够以英语阅读、编写并理解作业指导书；协助 MS 培训新机加工人员
• Perform troubleshooting and summarization 执行故障排查与问题总结
• Perform a variety of routine engineering tasks requiring the application of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria 执行多种常规工程任务，需运用标准技术、程序与准则
• Analyze and document test results for development and pilot production runs 分析并记录开发与试产阶段的测试结果
• Exercise limited judgment on work details, making preliminary selections and adaptations of engineering alternatives; liaise with related departments 在工作细节上进行有限的判断，初步选择并调整工程方案；与相关部门保持联络
• Apply standard practices and techniques in specific situations; adjust and correlate data; recognize and follow operations through a series of related, detailed steps or processes 在特定情境中应用标准实践与技术；调整并关联数据；识别并按一系列相关的详细步骤或流程执行操作
• For training and development purposes, assignments may include some work typical of a higher level 出于培训与发展目的，工作安排可能包含一些更高层级的典型工作

• Knowledge of machining/assembly processes and surface treatment 了解机加工装配工艺及表面处理
• Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office, Pro/E, Mastercam 熟练的计算机技能：Microsoft Office 、Pro/E 、Mastercam
• Ability to read, write, and understand work instructions in English 能够以英语阅读、编写并理解作业指导书
