As a Shift Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role, helping to guide our team to success and keep operations running smoothly.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Shift Manager to join our Popeyes family! In this role, you’ll oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, coach and support team members, and ensure our guests enjoy the top-notch service and delicious food they’ve come to expect.
You’ll lead by example, create a positive work environment, and help build a high-performing team - all while keeping an eye on the details that keep the business running smoothly.
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or retail environment
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Comfortable with cash handling, inventory tracking, and team supervision
This position operates in a restaurant environment. Popeyes staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
