**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Shift Manager for PepperJax Grill in St. Joseph. The Shift Manager will be responsible for overseeing team members during their shifts, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Coordinate and supervise team members to ensure smooth operations during shifts.
2. Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and job duties.
3. Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
4. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
5. Uphold food safety regulations and cleanliness standards.
6. Collaborate with the management team to achieve operational goals.
7. Assist in scheduling and payroll management.
**Qualifications:**
1. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
2. Proven experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant industry.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
5. Knowledge of food safety regulations.
6. Excellent customer service skills.
7. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
