Job Description

We are Airparks. We’re leading the way in changing the shape of airport parking by providing a service that customers can trust. As part of the Holiday Extras Group we want to Remake Holidaymaking and help our customers to have ‘less hassle and more holiday’.

We’re looking for a fantastic people manager to join our diverse and dynamic team as a Shift Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone wanting to build upon their experience in a fast paced, operational environment. Your people skills will be key to your success by ensuring your team and customers feel valued and listened to.

As a Shift Manager, you will have ownership of the day to day operation of a busy airport car park. You will need to be able to engage and inspire members of the team, driving forwards the core principles of the business - Great Service, Ownership, Team Spirit, Innovation and Trust. You will ensure that the customer remains at the forefront of everything you do.

Working for Airparks no two shifts are ever the same, so you will be someone who can lead from the front, make a positive contribution through effective deployment of resources and get the best from your people through great communication skills together with utilising 1-2-1s, appraisals and team development.

Requirements

Essential:

  • Experience in people management and developing high performance

  • Fantastic organisation and prioritisation skills

  • A team player who thrives and achieves their best when working as part of a team
  • Full UK Driver’s Licence
