Job Description

The Shift Manager, working closely with and reporting to the Assistant General Manager and General Manager, is responsible for managing daily operations of our restaurant while striving to create a comfortable and professional atmosphere for both guests and employees.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient restaurant performance.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring our high service standards.
• Handle guest concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Assist in managing food and beverage quality control.
• Assist in maintaining health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with regulations and company policies.
