As a Shift Manager, you'll lead restaurant operations during your shift by supporting your team, ensuring exceptional guest service, and maintaining high operational standards. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their leadership career in the restaurant industry.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and support restaurant operations during each shift.
  • Coach and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest service.
  • Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally.
  • Complete daily paperwork, shift inventories, and operational reports.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards.
  • Train team members on restaurant procedures, POS systems, and customer service best practices.
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.
What We're Looking For

  • Previous restaurant experience required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Positive attitude with a passion for developing people and serving guests.
