To manage, coach and develop all production teams (Fluids, Powders production and filling ) to ensure current and future operational requirements are met in line with agreed Site Safety, Environmental, Quality, Cost, Morale and Speed targets.
Responsibilities Include:
Focuses on achieving the targets in relation to the “HSE” Business objectives
Focuses on achieving the targets in relation to the “Quality” Business objectives
Focuses on achieving the targets in relation to the “Speed” Business objectives
Focuses on achieving the targets in relation to the “Cost” Business objectives
Focuses on achieving the targets in relation to the “People” Business objectives
Managerial Responsibility:
Has full managerial responsibility for 20-30 direct reports, assigns work to staff, provides coaching and training, sets goals, is accountable for performance evaluation, plans staff development, and makes and approves people management decisions either alone or in collaboration with management and HR (including recruitment, promotions, terminations, and compensation).
Experience:
3 – 5 Years in a fast paced manufacturing environment
Interpersonal Skills
The right candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be computer literate and have the ability to work effectively under pressure. They will have a flexible attitude, be well motivated and work well in a team.
The individual should have worked as a Shift Manager or in Team Lead position before and have a working knowledge of RCA, Lean principles and continuous improvement.
