What You'll Do
As a Shift Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality service on every shift. You'll work closely with both the FOH and BOH teams to deliver on the Tap Room guest experience and uphold our standards every step of the way.

What that looks like:

  • Lead and support team members during busy shifts to deliver a memorable guest experience
  • Run daily pre-shift line checks and uphold food safety and cleanliness standards
  • Monitor service flow and verify that all food and drinks meet Tap Room quality standards before they hit the table
  • Communicate with other managers to align on daily goals and game plans
  • Provide hands-on training to new team members and reinforce Tap Room standards
  • Step in where needed—on the floor, expo, or behind the bar—to keep service running smooth


What We’ll Need from You

  • 1–2 years of restaurant experience in a supervisory or leadership role (FOH experience as a lead server, bartender)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure
  • A guest-first mindset and commitment to team success
  • Willingness to work closely with the kitchen team to uphold consistency and service excellence
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Certifications – Valid TIPS Certification (or willingness to obtain).
