Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Điểm danh và bố trí công nhân theo kỹ năng đã được huấn luyện trong chuyền.
• Thúc đẩy, đôn đốc nhân viên để đạt mục tiêu sản lượng và năng suất.
• Lấy mẫu ngẫu nhiên kiểm tra, đánh giá và duy trì chất lượng sản phẩm trên chuyền.
• Giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh, báo cáo kỹ sư hay trực tiếp liên hệ bảo trì để hỗ trợ giải quyết.
• Huấn luyện và theo dõi chất lượng cộng việc của nhân viên mới
• Sắp xếp dây công việc hợp lý, đảm bảo tính cân đối cho chuyền và giảm hàng dở dang trên công đoạn. (WIP)
• Kiểm soát nguyên phụ liệu sản xuất trong ca, đảm bảo tỷ lệ tiêu hao ở mức cho phép.
• Bảo quản và quản lý trang thiết bị, dụng cụ máy móc ở khu vực phụ trách.

Education & Experience

• Ứng viên nội bộ: Có ít nhất 2 năm làm việc với vai trò giám sát chuyền
• Ứng viên bên ngoài: Có ít nhất 4 năm làm việc với vai trò giám sát chuyền
• Có kiến thức về sản xuất tinh gọn và SPC là lợi thế
• Quen thuộc với các công đoạn sàng, kiểm, test…
