• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies during shifts.
• Resolve operational issues and conflicts promptly to minimize disruption.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding progress, concerns, and staffing needs.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Maintain accurate records related to shift activities, attendance, and equipment usage.

Requirements
