About the Role:Join our dynamic team at Patel, Patel and Patel dba Golden Corral in Whitehall, PA as a Shift Leader/Crew Trainer! This exciting opportunity allows you to lead and inspire our crew while ensuring exceptional service and quality food for our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Train, mentor, and develop new team members to uphold our service standards.
• Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies to maintain stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Assist in scheduling shifts and managing crew assignments effectively.
• Support management in achieving sales goals and operational targets.
• Promote a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional management training is a plus.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a busy environment.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
