What You’ll Get To Do:
- Provides oversight, guidance, and support to team members as directed by the Store Manager.
- Leads team members by assisting with training, coaching and developing skills.
- Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Demonstrates strong proficiency while remaining adaptable in a dynamic environment, supporting a wide range of tasks including opening and closing the store.
- Maintains a consistent presence throughout store while engaging with team members and customers.
- Communicates with store leadership team and team members in a way that promotes an effective and consistent flow of information throughout the store.
- Other duties as assigned.

QualificationsWhat We Need From You:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1+ year(s) of retail leadership experience preferred.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills and the ability to work through multiple tasks simultaneously under time constraints.
- Excellent communication, customer service and attention to detail.
-  Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- At least a basic level of competency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook.
- Experience with common reporting and dashboard tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends, with regular and timely attendance in accordance with the assigned work schedule.

- Work is performed primarily in a standard retail backroom or warehouse environment with extensive team member contact and frequent interruptions.
- Primary function requires sufficient physical ability to repetitively:
- Sit or stand for prolonged periods of time (up to 8 hours).
- Independently twist, lift, carry, push or pull moderate (10 pounds) to heavy (25 pounds) of weight; using a team lift for objects weighing over 25 pounds.
- Reach (approximately 54 inches).
- Frequently stoop, bend, kneel, crouch.
- Sufficient hand and finger dexterity to perform detailed tasks.
- Verbally communicate to exchange information.
