Job Title Shift Leader
Reports To General Manager/Assistant Manager
FLSA Status Non-Exempt
Compensation $19.75 - $23.75 hour (including tips)
Experience Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume restaurant. Resumés are HIGHLY recommended!
Must be available to work nights and weekends.
Responsible for supervising shifts ensuring superior quality of service. Communicates and provides direction to the team while interacting with guests and ensuring exceptional service.
