The Shift Leader position at LIME Fresh is an opportunity to grow your leadership skills, take on greater responsibility, and prepare yourself for the next level.
Our Shift Leaders are exemplary team members who lead by example and help bring the LIME Fresh experience to life every day. As a Shift Leader, you’ll receive additional training, development, and hands-on leadership experience designed to position you for future advancement into a management role.
Shift Leaders may also be called upon to lead shifts and provide management coverage during vacations, holidays, and unexpected situations.

- Leads by example and sets the standard for the team.
- Lives the LIME Fresh “Practice” every day.
- Is respected by their peers and builds positive working relationships throughout the restaurant.
- Stays above restaurant cliques and helps create an inclusive team environment.
- Maintains a FRESH image and consistently passes our VIBE check
- Takes ownership of the guest and team experience.
- Demonstrates the judgment and dependability necessary to help lead a successful shift.

What You'll Bring
Candidates for the Shift Leader position should:
- Be cross-trained and proficient in multiple restaurant positions.
- Demonstrate a consistently positive attitude and professional presence.
- Show initiative and a willingness to take ownership.
- Be dependable and accountable.
- Be willing and able to work a variable schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Be willing to provide leadership coverage during vacations, holidays, and emergency situations when needed.
Qualifications
- Food Safety certification through ServSafe Manager or another state-approved accredited organization.
- Certification or qualification to train others in Food Safety through ServSafe Manager or a similarly approved program is a plus.
- Valid driver's license or another dependable means of transportation to and from work.
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future employment sponsorship.
