As a Shift Leader at GYG, you’ll be trusted to:

• Lead shifts with confidence, ensuring the team is set up for success and delivering great service.
• Support and coach Crew Members to perform at their best in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness and operational excellence.
• Help drive a positive team culture where everyone feels supported and motivated.
• Work closely with the restaurant leadership team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Take the next step in your leadership journey, with pathways into Head Cook, Assistant Restaurant Manager and Restaurant Manager roles.
