Terwijl je het team leidt, wordt er van je verwacht dat je de verkoop stimuleert om winsten te maximaliseren in lijn met de normen van de divisie. Je prestaties worden gemeten aan de hand van het realiseren van persoonlijke en productiviteitsdoelen. In afwezigheid van de Store Manager en de Assistant Manager neem je leidinggevende taken over.
