Responsibilities
1.负责班组新人的培训和考核 2.负责本班组生产相关工作，根据生产指令，合理调度安排人员，确保各项生产任务能够顺利完成。 3.负责检查、监督生产过程中工艺规程及 SOP 的执行情况。 4.负责检查、监督班组人员按规定填写生产记录和相关辅助记录。 5.负责车间设备的日常巡检，保证设备维持稳定运转状态。 6.负责本班组的安全生产工作，发现问题及时上报并采取积极有效措施，消除事故隐患。负责组织班组级安全培训。 7.保证职责范围内所有相关信息都被准确的记录和跟踪，并及时向车间领导汇报。 8.培养岗位一线操作能手，确保所属岗位员工接受相应的岗位培训。 9.负责工作票和特殊作业票的现场确认并签署。 10.负责班组 5S 区域的监控管理和维持。 11.突发性事故即设备故障的相关处理。 12.有义务接受公司派其他相似的任务并严格遵守公司的规章制度。
Requirements
大专以上学历，从事化工专业工作2年以上，能读懂基本的英语。
