WHAT WILL I DO AS A SHIFT LEADER?• Provide incredible customer service and quality products to all of our guests throughout their experience within our bakeries• Support store leadership by maintaining operations during your shift, communicating pertinent information, monitoring production efficiency, holding the team accountable to company standards and procedures, and assisting in the training and coaching of team members• Prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning while leading the cookie crew team• Support and work alongside the Cookie Crew• Provide a safe, clean, working environment for our guests and staff and adhere to safe food handling practices• Manage cash handling and deposits WHAT WE LOOK FOR:• At least 1 year of working experience in a customer service focused role• Point of Sales systems experience• Outstanding communication, time management, and people skills• Outgoing/friendly/patient• Detail focused and results-oriented• Ability to lead-by-example and motivate others• Ability to lift up-to 18kg• Must be 18 years or older to be employed About us:Insomnia Cookies was founded in a college dorm room by then-student, Seth Berkowitz. About Insomnia Cookies

Insomnia Cookies was born out of the dislike of heavy meals late at night, love of food delivery, and the realization that by the time you get hungry at night, nothing is open. The concept was founded by Seth Berkowitz in 2003 from his dorm room while attending the University of Pennsylvania. Berkowitz started baking and delivering warm cookies to students late-night on campus... and Insomnia Cookies was born.

Today with 300+ locations and growing, Insomnia Cookies offers many varieties of delicious cookies delivered warm from the oven right to your door! We are open when you need it most; delivering from 11/12pm and staying open until 3:00am, at most of our locations.
