running smoothly, supporting your team, and ensuring every customer leaves with that signature EL shine.

What You’ll Own

• Own the day (start to finish) Open and close the site with precision—secure, prepped, and ready to deliver a strong day.
• Lead from the front Set the standard for cleanliness, safety, and performance—your presence drives the energy of the site.
• Protect the standard Conduct daily inspections to ensure equipment, safety, and presentation meet EL expectations.
• Keep the operation moving Jump into troubleshooting and hands-on support to keep everything running efficiently.
• Deliver standout experiences Handle customer questions or concerns quickly, professionally, and with care.
• Manage the flow Keep traffic moving and service levels high—even during peak times.
• Communicate with clarity Keep customers and team members informed, especially during downtime or service interruptions.
• Drive continuous improvement Share feedback, ideas, and opportunities to elevate operations and the customer experience.
• Support what’s next Help implement new processes, services, and tools that improve efficiency and results.

Full Service Oversight (Where Applicable)

• Oversee detailing, vacuuming, and finishing touches to ensure quality and consistency
• Coach and guide team members to deliver high-standard results
• Ensure all services are completed safely, efficiently, and up to EL standards
• Monitor performance and provide real-time feedback to elevate execution

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent (leadership or customer service experience is a plus)
• Desire to grow into leadership and motivate a team
• Customer-first mindset with confidence handling challenges
• Basic mechanical aptitude—you’re comfortable learning equipment and troubleshooting
• Commitment to safety, standards, and doing things the right way
• Dependability—you show up and the team can count on you
• Ability to work outdoors in all conditions and stay energized in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort with basic tech and POS systems
