About the Role
We’re looking for confident and motivated Shift Leaders to help run great shifts and lead great teams. As a Shift Leader, you’ll be the steady presence on shift, setting the pace, supporting the team and making sure every guest has a positive experience. You’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards across service, food quality, safety and teamwork.
